The Natural History Museum welcomes the Canyon Café! Serving museum guests, employees, and the surrounding campus areas. Open 7 days a week, 363 days a year, the Canyon Café offers a full menu featuring gourmet hot and cold sandwiches, salads, paninis, soups, grab 'n go options, snacks, soda, and an inclusive espresso and coffee menu!
